Obese dolts with their mouths forever agape, Trolls are among the dumbest monsters around. Their bulk makes up for their lack of brains on the battlefield, but even then their clumsiness leaves them vulnerable.

Boss troll[edit]

A Boss troll is acting as the king of Manoza when the hero first arrives there. By using the Mirror of Ra, the hero is able to reveal the imposter and fight the boss troll.

The red-skinned troll bacos, with a hideous-looking purple tongue, debuted in Dragon Quest X.
