Frizz

From Dragon Quest Wiki

Frizz is a recurring offensive spell in the Dragon Quest series.

Introduced in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation, it is a single target spell (in contrast to group-searing Sizz) and is often learned by Mages.

Frizz appears as the Hero's neutral special move in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and costs 6 MP to cast. It is a quick, but weak, fireball that travels forward and deals 9% damage upon impact. It can be charged up and turned into Frizzle and Kafrizz, much like Robin's Thunder tomes.

Enemy versions[edit]

The foe's fireball will deal 7~12 damage in its first appearance and stuck with that simmer until VIII, where it would weaken to 6~9 damage. Beginning with IX, Frizz deals 7~10 damage.
