The Plumbed Depths is a dungeon in Dragon Quest IX. It is located in the waterways beneath the Mirage Mahal castle in Gleeba.

Synopsis

The Plumbed Depths is where Drak runs to with Queen Voluptua after transforming into a huge monster. The hero follows and meets with King Aqueus, Voluptua's father. He asks the hero to save his daughter. The hero proceeds to confront Drak and defeat him. This frees the queen and allows the hero to collect yet another fygg.
