After restoring [[Aeolus Vale]] in the past, [[Hero (Dragon Quest VII)|The Hero]] and Party find the Tower in the present, but are denied access to the inside.<br />

They are later able to enter after the [[Orgodemir|suppose]] awakening of [[Numen|The Almighty]], along with the town's mayor [[Aeolus Vale#Known Residents|Serafina]] to wake up the [[Wind Spirit]].<br />
