The abiding blazer has a defence bonus of +102 and reduces the effectiveness of [[Status ailment|poison, paralysis]], [[Snooze|sleep]], [[Fuddle|confusion]], [[Dazzle|blinding]], and [[Whack|instant death attacks]] on the wearer by half. Only [[Jessica]] can equip it and it changes her appearance if worn with the [[scholar's specs]]. The abiding blazer is acquired from Dodgy Dave in [[Pickham]] after turning in a [[princess's robe]].
