The '''Dark Turkey in Memoriam''' (追憶のデスターキー ''Tsuioku no desutākī'') is a monster in the ''[[Dragon Quest (series)|Dragon Quest]]'' series that was introduced in the [[Nintendo 3DS]] version of ''[[Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King]]''. It is a more powerful variant of the [[Dark turkey]] that appears as the seventh boss in [[Memories Lane]] alongside [[Gemon in Memoriam]] and [[Darkbird in Memoriam]].

A black fowl that has friends in high places, this avian from the [[World of Darkness]] assists Gemon in Memoriam in Memories Lane. The Dark Turkey in Memoriam should be taken out swiftly due to acting twice per turn and its [[War Cry]] ability, potentially rendering party members helpless for a turn and robbing them of their tension.
