'''Kikuko Inoue''' (井上 喜久子, ''Inoue Kikuko'', born September 25, 1964) is a Japanese voice actress. She has voiced several characters in the ''Dragon Quest'' series over the years, beginning with [[Flora]] in the ''[[Dragon Quest V CD Theater]]'', eventually returning in 2015 to voice Queen Cletia in ''[[Dragon Quest Heroes II]]'' and the [[Luminary (Dragon Quest XI)|Luminary]]'s mother [[Queen Eleanor]] in the Nintendo Switch version of ''[[Dragon Quest XI]]''.

Inoue is well-known for playing "perfect girlfriend" or motherly roles in anime, but she has also played more sultry or seductive characters, as well. She is best friends with fellow voice actress, [[Atsuko Tanaka]].
