''Lancel'' is a village on an island in the [[Overworld (Dragon Quest III) | overworld]] of [[Dragon Quest III]].  It is only accessible via [[Ship | ship]] or [[Ramia]].

== Navel of the Earth ==
Lancel serves as the only access point to the [[Navel of the Earth]] dungeon.  This can be accessed anytime after visiting Lancel.  

== Invisibility Herb ==
Lancel is one of few locations which sells [[Invisibility Herb | invisibility herbs]].  This item is useful in retrieving the [[Vase of Drought]] in [[Eginbear | Eginbear castle]].
