'''Tricksy''' (Originally '''Tricksy urchin''') is a boss that had only appeared in ''[[Dragon Quest IV]].  There are only two of them in the game at [[Con Cave]].

When the lone [[Hero (Dragon Quest IV)|Hero]] fell into a pit after battling 2 [[Frolicker]]s, he encounters them chasing who appeared to be [[Maya]] and [[Meena]].  It turned out that they were really [[Vampire bat]]s in disguise.  Together all four of them attempt to defeat The Hero, only to fail.
