I ruthlessly stole the word bubble from Chrono Wiki (http://www.chronowiki.org/wiki/Template:Word_Bubble)
I am in the process of tweaking it.
==Tweaks I will make==
*Removing the {{{sig}}} out. And everything on the top with it, leaving the text by itself (don't you ever have the problem of not knowing the difference between the {{{sig}}} and text by itself dude? User page, user talk page link and time will be put under the image. Also, the clicking on the image should link to the poster's user page.
*Removing the {{{color}}} out. Everything should be black and white. For our 0.05% of us who are color blind. thank me later.
*Adding an add-on used personally for replies. It should be the same as the word bubble but watered down.
==Initial rules involving Word Bubble==
*No using images for the word bubble that is 1/4 bigger than the width of the page.
