Introduced in Dragon Quest VII, Klepto Clobber is a thievery skill that allows a character to try and swipe an item while smacking a foe.

Any character can learn Klepto Clobber by reaching rank 8 of the Thief vocation. It costs no MP to use and works by doubling the drop rate of a monster's item, meaning that if a Slime has a 1/16 chance of dropping a Medicinal Herb then a character has a 1/8 chance to steal it.
