A Sunken spirit (formerly SeaGrudge) is a monster featured exclusively in Dragon Quest VII.
Characteristics[edit]
Formerly human souls, these slippery and slimy spirits cause chaos with the sloppy slapping of their corporeal tails. Looking almost eel like in shape and structure, these freaky fiends have ghastly ghostly faces on the tops of their more fishy bodies. They posses some stinging magic, with the ability to cast Snooze in order to send all opponents to sleep, and the windy Woosh spell to attack a whole party in a single swoop.
