Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation remakes only[edit]
Only appearing in the remakes, the garter has a Defence boost of +3, but more importantly changes the Personality of the wearer to Vamp. It can be equipped by any vocation as long as they are female. One can be obtained by turning in 10 Mini medals to the collector in Aliahan. Another garter can be found onboard the Phantom Ship. The last garter can be found in a dresser at the Immigrant Town's theater after defeating the Boss troll in Manoza.
