Jamirus is one of the Dread Fiends, based out of the Isle o' Smiles in the [[Dream World]]. He is the seal on [[Medford's Manor]] and defeating him allows the player to turn in [[mini medal]]s.
Jamirus is a [[Gryphon]], having the head and wings of a mighty grey eagle and the body of a light brown lion. He stands upright and has a third eye. He is one of the Dread Fiends, based out of the Isle o' Smiles in the [[Upper World]]. His purpose is to entice gullible fools with rumors of the aforementioned isle, then sacrifice them to [[Mortamor|his master]] to strengthen him. In ''Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker'' and ''Joker 2'', Jamirus is depicted with dark purple feathers on his head and wings rather than his usual grey.
