The Ulcer is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII. It is a horrifying flesh monster with bulging eyeballs and a fang-lined maw.
Characteristics[edit]
Ulcers are large blue masses of freaky flesh that look like monstrously misshapen heads with grotesque and ungodly physical disfigurements.
