The beefy armoured Brigand uses powerful physical attacks which, depending on the vocations that the player chose at {{Alltrades Abbey 7}}, can be a minor annoyance or a big concern. Casting [[Buff]] helps considerably and like the other three bosses, he is vulnerable to {{Sleep}}. He is also the most susceptible to being intimidated by [[War Cry]] or [[Ruff]]'s Aooo! skill. The brigand is the least threatening of the four and should be defeated last. If the player has taken the time to learn abilities and spells that target all enemies such as [[Lightning]] and [[Boom]], they will make the battle much easier. | |||

The Brigand is a boss in Dragon Quest VII. He fights alongside his fellow bandits in the Alltrades Abbey region where Pilgrim's Perdition once stood.
