Infern Isle is one of the seven islands in the Green Bays archipelago in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. It is a Danger Rank C island and the fifth location discovered in the game, after Palaish Isle. It is home to mostly zombie type monsters. Unlike most of the other locations, Infern Isle does not contain a Scoutpost. Instead, there is a Medical Console not far from the jetty, where the player may return if they find themselves in trouble.

After taking part in the Monster Scout Challenge on Domus Isle, the Hero returns here to find it a very different place. The sky is now filled with black and purple smoke, flashes of lightning, and stronger, more powerful monsters roam the area.

Infern Isle is the location of a fiery volcano, Infern Mountain, the scene of the final confrontation with Dr. Snapped. There are also five mini-bosses leading up to him: a buffalogre, a mohawker, a boss troll, a black dragon (optional) and an Atlas. The last three monsters can be battled again and again for experience, even after Dr. Snapped has been defeated. None of them can be scouted.
