The Red Sea is a location in Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors.
When Xiphos the Deathbringer returns, he covers a massive portion of the Galantyne Glades in lava, forming the Red Sea which is designed to block access to the Deathbringer's Citadel where he is currently making his careful moves. However, the Hero draws Rednusadner and uses its magic to part the lava, creating a narrow path through which the party is able to travel.
Somehow, this path is immediately infested with monsters, implying they either swarmed in incredibly quickly or are capable of surviving in pure, molten lava.
After traveling the entire length of the Red Sea, the party arrives at the gate of the castle, where they must battle Golok the Gatekeeper.
