Dragon Quest VI
Lightning Storm can only be learned by advancing to rank 7 of the Hero or Liquid Metal Slime vocations.
Dragon Quest VIII
Lightning Storm can be learned by both the the Hero and Angelo, but through different means. The Hero obtains this after fully allocating 100 skill points into his spear skill. Angelo obtains this after fully allocating 100 skill points into his sword skill.
Dragon Quest IX
