: I'm not exactly sure. I think it varies. For elemental damage it seems like it is a percentage (e.g. 125 means the spell delivers 125% of normal damage). For other attributes it is the percentage that it will work (e.g. 15 on sleep means a 15% chance that sleep spells will work). - I'm not exactly sure. I think it varies. For elemental damage it seems like it is a percentage (e.g. 125 means the spell delivers 125% of normal damage). For other attributes it is the percentage that it will work (e.g. 15 on sleep means a 15% chance that sleep spells will work).
