Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Scanner is a 2015 Japan-only arcade game based on their Monster Battle spinoff series. Like the other games in the series, players can battle monsters and win physical cards with monster data imprinted on them. It is a really captivating arcade game and is world wide in 2020.
