The gold chain (formerly gold necklace) is an accessory in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation.

The gold chain has a vitality bonus of +10 and changes the wearer's Personality to Lothario. It can be equipped by any class as long as they are male. The gold chain can be purchased from the haggler in Asham and the lowest price it can be purchased at is 2,000 Gold Coins. It can be sold for 750.
