The agility ring is a recurring accessory in the Dragon Quest series. It is decorated with the design of a bird in flight and naturally, it gives a boost to the wearer's Agility.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation
Available only in remake versions of the game, the Agility ring is received as a reward for turning in 40 Mini medals and can be sold for 2,325 gold coins. It can be equipped by anyone in the party and provides +15 Agility to the wearer in addition to changing their personality to Acrobat.
- In the Super Famicom and Game Boy Color versions of the game, the Speed ring can be purchased from the third Pachisi track between the Castle of the Dragon Queen and the Shrine of Shackles for 3,100 gold coins. One can also be found in a dresser in the final Pachisi track.
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation
The Agility ring is received as a gift from Ilya at Amor's Northern Cave for defeating the Grrrgoyle. It cannot be sold in any shop. The ring has an Agility bonus of +30 and a Style bonus of +18. The Hero, Carver, Milly, Ashlynn, Nevan and Terry can equip it.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
The Agility ring has an Agility and Style bonus of +15 and can be equipped by all characters in the party. One can be found in both The Likeness of the Great Evil and Inside the Time Frame in the past. In the original Sony PlayStation version of the game, it can be purchased from the Bazaar version of the Immigrant Town for 3,100 gold and sold for 1,550 gold coins. Agility rings can also be won as prizes from Lucky Panel at the Casino. If the ring is worn with a Cloak of evasion, they will grant a +20 bonus to Style when ranked by the Excellence Grading Organisation for Style.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
The Agility ring has an Agility bonus of +15 and can be equipped by all characters in the party. It can be purchased as a casino prize at Pickham for 1,000 tokens. One can be found in a treasure chest requiring the Magic key on the world map near Ascantha and another can be found on the Holy Isle of Neos. The ring can be made in the Alchemy Pot by combining a Prayer ring with a Seed of agility. It can also be used in various recipes for other items, as well.

The agility ring has a Defence bonus of +2, an Agility bonus of +6, and a Style bonus +4. With accessory synthesis, the Defence and Agility bonuses can be increased.

The recipe book Rings Around the World contains the recipe for the agility ring. It can be found in a treasure chest on Insula Australis as soon as the player has acquired the ship.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End
The Agility ring increases resistance against movement-slowing effects by 50%. Once it has been fully upgraded, the resistance is increased to 90% and it gives an improving dodging bonus of +7. The ring can be obtained by exchanging 3 mini medals once or dropped by Cumauluses and Missing lynxes.
