Estard

Estard is both a kingdom and a castle town, found in Enix's Dragon Quest VII. Estard is ruled by King Burns, whose son Kiefer is friends with the Hero, a resident of nearby Pilchard Bay.
Kingdom of Estard
The Kingdom of Estard includes Estard Castle, Estard castle town, the village of Pilchard Bay and the nearby ancient ruins.
