Multiheal is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it restores a moderate amount of HP to the entire party. It is the weaker precursor to the Omniheal spell.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation
Healus is learned by Priests and Sages at Level 34. It costs 18 MP to cast, and restores 75~95 HP.
Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen
Multiheal is learned by Kiryl at level 30, and is already known by Psaro upon joining. It restores 75~95 HP in the original, and 100~120 in the remakes. Both versions cost 18 MP.
Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride
Multiheal restores 100~120 HP in all versions for 18 MP. This entry in the franchise standardized the spell's restorative power.

Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation
Multiheal is learned by Healie at level 18 and by Curie at level 20. Other characters can learn it by advancing to rank 5 of the Sage vocation.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
Multiheal can be learned in the vocations Sage, Paladin, Champion and Hero.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
Multiheal is learned only by Angelo, at level 30. It restores 100~120 HP to all party members and costs 10 MP to use.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
Multiheal is learned only by Sages at level 24 and Priests at level 38. It costs 16 MP to cast, and restores at 100~120 HP if the caster's magical mending is under 200. Once that mark has been surpassed, the spell will gradually grow more powerful until it reaches it's maximum power of 310~330

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Serena and Rab will learn Multiheal at level 35 and 30, respectively. It costs 32 MP to cast and will heal a minimum of 90~110 HP before eventually reaching it's zenith of 330~350 HP.
Dragon Quest Monsters
Called HealUs in this game, it requires the monster to reach level 20 with 140 MP and 120 intelligence. It grows into HealUsAll when the monster reaches level 28 with 196 MP and 160 intelligence. It is naturally learned by the DeadNoble, Healer, Lionex and MadCondor, among others.
Dragon Quest Monsters 2
HealUs now require 216 intelligence to learn and 288 intelligence to upgrade. It is naturally learned by the Shantak.

Multiheal costs 12 MP to cast and restores a minimum of 84~96 to the party, reaching to a maximum of 314~326 based on the caster's Wisdom. It can be learned from:

Dragon Quest Rivals
Multiheal debuted in the standard card pack as a spell card exclusive for Priest leaders.
Dragon Quest Tact
Multiheal can be learned by Emperor slime at level 54 and Kiryl at level 56. It costs 70 MP to cast, has a range of up to two squares away from the caster, and heals a major amount of HP to all allies in a plus sign-shaped area of effect. Upgrading the spell increases its healing effect and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
