Dastardly Talons can be learned by Bones of Baramos at level 52 and costs 56 MP to use. It inflicts 75% potency Zam-type physical damage to a single enemy four times and has a chance to lower their ATK. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
