Scintillating Breath

Scintillating Breath is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It lets the user exhale a sparkly yet highly explosive breath at their enemies.

Details
Scintillating Breath can be learned by an ability scroll which can be acquired by purchasing it through the Legend League Season 2 Medal Swap Shop. It costs 58 MP to use and inflicts major Bang-type breath damage to all enemies in area of effect.
