Rowy is an original character from Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai: A Hero's Bonds.
StoryEdit
Rowy is a creator goddess in Milladosia. In her efforts to defeat the Lord of the Void, she created the Luminary Leader and Pinky.
She is first introduced by Pinky, but the dracky omits her name. Rowy's name is later introduced by the King of Romos in the 2nd chapter of the Bonding Journey storyline.
