Backburst
Backburst is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Nera's signature spells, launching an explosive blast at the enemies in front of her while moving herself backwards.

Backburst can be learned by Nera through Talent Blossoming and costs 131 MP to use. It has a range of three squares in front of her, inflicts major Bang-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally, and moves her backwards up to two spaces. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
