Blunting Balloon
Blunting Balloon is a breath attack that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It sends out a damaging orb at a single enemy that temporarily slows them down.

Blunting Balloon can be learned by Raven lunatic at level 18 and costs 46 MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from it, inflicts moderate typeless breath damage to a single enemy, and has a chance to lower their AGL for three turns.
