The dragon slayer is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest series.

It is a more powerful version of the dragonsbane sword in base power as well as effect, and takes on a scarlet hue in all but one appearance.

The dragon slayer has an Attack bonus of +83 and deals 60% more damage to monsters of the dragon family. It can only be made through the Alchemy Pot.
