Hell's gatekeeper (ヘルガーディアン, Herugādian) may refer to two different monsters in the Dragon Quest series:
- Hell's gatekeeper (recurring): Headless knights wearing reddish-pink armour who wield purple flails and shields that first appeared in Dragon Quest VIII.
- Hell's gatekeeper (Dragon Quest IX): Great hulking quadrupedal beasts that wield spiked clubs that only appear in Dragon Quest IX.
