Magic Torrent is known naturally by Maldragora the Worldmaker and the Dragonlord's Great-grandson's True Form at level 1 and costs no MP to use. When used, it restores a moderate amount of MP and increases breath potency and recovery by 50% for a single turn. Upgrading the skill increases the amount of MP restored.
