The ruins lay west of the Craggy Cave, past the poisonous swamp. The sole inhabitant is a world-weary old woman who only wishes to be left in peace so she can live the remainder of her days in what is left of the village she loves.
The Nameless Ruins only purpose in the game, aside from illustrating the stark reality of the Dragonlord's ambition to eradicate humanity, is to be the second point in the Zalen sidequest.
