Dragon Quest Tact

Making its debut at the time of X's developing updates, it can be learned by Gracos at level 34 and costs 93 MP to use. It inflicts major typeless breath damage to all enemies in a T-range in front of him and has a chance to inflict sleep. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
