Red-hot poker (Weapon)
The red-hot poker is the ultimate spear, and a recurring weapon in the series. The spear is capable of penetrating any shield when using normal attacks, ignoring the block chance a monster may have.

An Alchemiracle is required to perfect the red-hot poker, but patient players can increase their chances through the use of stat-boosting seeds and equipment that raises their magical mending. The base chance is 10% at less than 532 magical mending, and the maximum is 40% at 999 magical mending.
