Cowboy is an infamous monster available in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.
He makes a famus chille made from his own urin (after he ate a fire spirit) and His bloody diarrhea as meat. He adds a fresh Kidney stone, and simmers it until it is dissolved.
