The Undersea of Dragon Quest VI can be reached upon playing Lorelei's harp while on the ship.

- Poseidon's Palace (Underwater in a lake between Turnscote and Felonia)
- Seabed Shrine (Underwater in the place that Sorceria would be in the Phantom World
- Sunken Ship (Underwater between Mt. Snowhere and Pescado)
- Undersea Inn (Underwater by the Fashion Forge well)
- Undersea Treasure Chamber (Underwater between the continents of Scrimsley and Arkbolt)
- Rubiss' Palace (Underwater near the Isle of Murdaw)
