Acceleratle is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. It increases the agility of every member of the party.

Appearances

Dragon Quest III

Acceleratle is learned by Priests and Sages at level 5, and doubles a character's current agility for 6~9 turns--capping at 255. Despite agility factoring into a character's total defence stat in III, the spell will not change that value.

Dragon Quest IV

Acceleratle is learned by Borya at level 14, and possesses the same attributes as before.

Dragon Quest VIII

Acceleratle is learned by Jessica after investing 3 points into her Staff skill. The spell doubles a character's agility per cast for 6~9 turns, capping at 999. Due to game mechanics, Acceleratle also raises evasion.
