The guide for crafting the crown is the [List of fun-size forge recipe book locations in Dragon Quest XI|A Guide to Godly Get-Up]] manual, which is the reward for clearing the final trial of the wheel of harma in Angri-La in 40 turns or less. When Rab wears it along with the potentate's pallium his appearance will change to The Sun God costume.
