Bound is a recurring spell throughout the Dragon Quest franchise. It reflects one incoming spell.
Appearances
Dragon Quest VI
Bound can only be obtained by advancing to rank 4 of the Armamentalist vocation.
Dragon Quest VII
Bound can be obtained by advancing to rank 1 of the Black bishop vocation or rank 6 of the Prism peacock vocation.
Dragon Quest Monsters
Called MagicBack in this game, it requires the monster to reach level 16 with 68 MP and 62 intelligence. It grows into Bounce when the monster reaches level 20 with 84 MP and 78 intelligence. It is naturally learned by the EyeBall, IronTurt, Gophecada, PutrePup and Tortragon, among others.

MagicBack now requires 112 intelligence to learn and 141 intelligence to upgrade.
