Brutal Deluge

Brutal Deluge can be learned by Sagittar at level 33 and costs 93 MP to use. It inflicts 60% potency Woosh-type physical damage to all enemies in a large fan-shaped area of effect in front of it four times. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
