Celestria's raiment

Celestria's raiment is a special robe in Dragon Quest IX that appears to belong to Celestria Herself. It is an upgraded version of Celestria's gown and bestows the wearer with various blessings. It differs from the regular gown in that the gold trim on the dress now has a pattern.
