Character customization in Dragon Quest Builders 2

This page details the character customization available in Dragon Quest Builders 2.

The player can freely choose the gender of their builder, as well as their hair and eye color and their skin tone. These parameters can be customized at the start of the game, as well as at will on any dressing table. Dressing tables are naturally unlocked in Khrumbul-Dun, however one can be accessed as soon as the first time visiting Isle of Awakening, and it's located in a decaying house between Green Gardens and Scarlet Sands.

Using a dressing table allows not only to alter the body of the builder, but also alter the appearance of the equipped hammer, sword, outfit, shield, and even headgear or hairstyle. Additionally, the Builder can use up to three accessories at a time.
