The Conkuistador is a recurring enemy in the Dragon Quest series.

Debuting in Dragon Quest VII, it has since gained more widespread popularity after being added (along with its fellow conks) to the PS2, DS, and Mobile versions of V.

Description

The conkuistador is a yellow little sprite wearing a leaf as armor, and a headband reminiscent to that of the great Erdrick. Despite being positively pint-sized, the conk usually knows very powerful skills and spells but cannot use actually them due to low MP, resulting in an amusing battle animation. It may also appear in battle with Conkerer, Conkjurer, or Conkuisitor. It is also the front part of Conklave.
