The Cross eye is a monster that first appeared in Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride as both an enemy and recruitable monster, before later appearing in many installments of the Dragon Quest Monsters series.

In Dragon Quest V, it is weaker than the Lazy eye and Luneyetic (the latter being the strongest of the three) and encountered first.
