Dragon Quest TACT (ドラゴンクエストタクト) is a free-to-play tactical RPG for smartphones that is part of the Dragon Quest series. The game was released on July 16th, 2020 in Japan and January 28th, 2021 globally.
Gameplay
Similar to the Dragon Quest Monsters series, Dragon Quest TACT is focused on collecting an army of monsters to defeat foes. In addition to a story mode, the game offers the "Battle Road", which contains substories focused on specific groups of monsters found throughout the game. In addition, the Battle Road lacks the stamina requirement found in the story mode and events, which allows the player to grind certain monsters as much as they'd like.
