Elfin elixir is a potent healing item in the Dragon Quest series which first appeared in Dragon Quest V. It recovers all MP to a single party member.

Dragon Quest VII Remake

Available in the Nintendo 3DS Version of the game, Elfin elixirs can sometime be won through a game of Tombola, as well as being found in a high level custom made Traveller's Tablet.

Dragon Quest IX

Elfin elixirs can be obtained by trading five Mini medals to Captain Max Meddlin after trading the first eighty medals to him. They can also be made using the Alchemy recipe of 1 Yggdrasil leaf, 3 Royal soils, and 5 nectars. Elfin elixirs can be sold for 1500 gold.

Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below

Elfin elixirs will completely restore the MP of the character being controlled by the player when picked up. They appear in later stages of the game, being dropped by some monsters or smashing pots and barrels. Like other healing items, elfin elixirs will not carry over between stages and should be used as needed.
