An evil ganesha is a new beast monster in the Dragon Quest series and it was introduced in Dragon Quest X.

Only reappearing in the 3DS version of the game, they are seen in the Cave to Rendarak alongside their Elephant King comrades.

The Evil Ganesha, along with the Naumannborg and Elephant King, are the only monsters to not reappear in the remake of another Dragon Quest game, probably due to difficulties of programming its Maxi axe drop or because of Rajiin Zed's objections to having these monsters based on Ganesha in the all versions of the Definitive Edition.
