The Falcon Knife Earrings is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. Like its larger variant, the falcon knife earrings attack twice per turn. However, they can only be wielded by female characters in most installments, and possess a lower attack bonus. To compensate for this, both strikes can inflict critical hits, be amplified by oomph and Focus Strength, and do not suffer the percentage reduction of the sword.

The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +5. It can only be wielded by female characters. When equipped by Alena, both strikes have an equal chance of being critical hits.

Dragon Quest V

The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +35. It can be purchased as a casino prize for 10,000 tokens. It can only be wielded by female human characters and slime companions (sans the Slime Knight).
